How to claim:

Step 1

Buy a qualifying 4K Smart TV from BT Shop.

Step 2

You'll receive an exclusive code in your order confirmation email from BT Shop with a link to bt.com to order your Broadband package.

Step 3

Place your Broadband package order via bt.com.

After your Broadband has been installed and your 14 day cooling off period is complete, BT Shop will refund the cashback value of £100 onto the original payment method that you used to buy the TV.

1. Customers will be eligible to receive cashback upon purchasing a qualifying 4K TV and going on to place an order for a BT Broadband package.

2. The 4K TV must be purchased from BT Shop. The BT Broadband package must then be placed via the link emailed to you from BT Shop, using a unique voucher code on that landing page, within 30 days of your TV purchase.

3. Customers must be new BT Broadband customers taking Superfast Fibre Essential, Superfast Fibre, Superfast Fibre 2, Ultrafast Fibre 100 or Ultrafast Fibre 250. Offer available in UK only.

4. Once broadband has been installed and a 14 day cooling off period has been completed, £100 cashback will be paid back onto the original payment method used to buy the TV.

5. The promotion is open to UK residents and is subject to purchase of a valid TV, successful installation of broadband and completion of 14 day broadband cooling off period.

6. The purchase of BT Broadband is subject to all of the usual terms and conditions, which can be found on bt.com.

7. BT Shop will verify whether the cashback claim is valid and made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The claim validation process can take up to 14 days. The name and address specified on your broadband service must be the same as the name and address supplied to BT Shop at the time of purchase of the TV. If the claim is valid, payment will be made within 21 days of the broadband cooling off period being completed.

8. BT Shop reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, altered or illegible claims.

9. You can return your product unopened in its original and undamaged packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a full refund. You will not be able to claim cashback on items you have returned or where you have cancelled your broadband service.

10. Any damaged or faulty TVs need to be reported to BT Shop within 14 days of delivery. You will then be directed to the manufacturer for a fault document.
