We’ll be retiring the dabs.com brand

With effect from 11th April 2016, we’ll be retiring the dabs.com brand and moving forward with just our BT Shop brand for consumer customers. For business customers, we’d encourage you to shop online at BT Business Direct - our IT website for UK business customers.

What this means for dabs.com customers

Although the dabs.com brand is retiring, our team aren’t! We’ll all still be here running BT Shop and of course, will continue to provide after-sales care for your previous dabs.com orders in exactly the same way. In fact, all enquiries are handled by the very same customer service team you’re used to dealing with at dabs.com. There’s more information below.

dabs.com was acquired by BT all the way back in 2006 and since that time, we’ve chosen to promote Dabs independently of the BT brand. But ten years on, and we’ve decided the time is now right to change.

Existing Dabs Customers

After 11th April, you can still access your dabs.com account to manage existing orders & organise returns.

If you placed an order with dabs.com before 11th April, then it will processed by our team exactly as normal. Open returns will also be processed, as will any new returns you request moving forward.
Even after 11th April, you’ll still be able to log in to your dabs.com account to manage your existing orders. Your account won't be migrated to BT Shop or BT Business Direct - everything will be kept exactly as it was. You can continue to view your complete order history, arrange returns, update your marketing preferences and access all the other “my account” functionality as normal.
We know that after-sales care is important. If you need to contact us about your dabs.com account or any existing Dabs orders, we’ll still be here to help. Just contact us exactly as you did before.

New Customers

For new orders, we invite you to register with BT Shop or BT Business Direct. It’s quick and easy to open a new account. After 11th April you won’t be able to place new orders at dabs.com, but we have two great alternatives for you. In both cases, opening an account is easy and takes just a few clicks. You’ll find stock levels, product range and pricing are the same here at BT Shop as they are at dabs.com. The navigation is pretty similar too so we hope you’ll find it a really familiar environment.
