How to claim:
1. Select from one of the products below.
If you require an adaptor, please add it to your basket. It will show at full price until you use your unique voucher which is applied at checkout, then it will show as FREE. Please note your voucher will only work once.

2. Create or Sign-in to your EE Store Account
If you have an account on EE Store (not the same as your BT ID, EE ID or BT.com account) then simply sign-in. Otherwise, opening an account on EE Store is easy. Registering only takes a few moments and you'll be able to complete your order.
3. Proceed to checkout
- Once signed in, select "Checkout" from your basket and check your address details.
- Select free delivery when asked. Please use "Standard 1-3 day delivery" unless you wish to pay for next day delivery.
- Enter the voucher code in the box on the right hand side from your email, if it's not already populated, it will start "BTDVAXXXXXXXX"
4. Complete your order!
Once the voucher code has been accepted you'll see the order value change. If you have issues with your voucher please check you have the correct item in your basket. Click "Buy Now" to complete the order. We'll send you an order confirmation immediately and then a despatch email with tracking details when we ship your item.
Use your voucher on the Digital Voice Adapter:
You will not need any additional equipment if it is convenient for you to plug your current phone in to the green port on the back of your Hub
You will need an adaptor if you want your home phone in a different location to your Hub.
This adaptor can be plugged in to any power socket and will be a wireless extension.
If you use corded phones, you will be able to plug 1 directly into your Broadband hub but will need an adapter for each additional phone.
If you have cordless phones, we recommend you plug the main unit into the back of the hub and you won’t need adapters for additional phones.
