1. Browse EE Store and select the item(s) you want to buy.

The item(s) need to be added to your basket, the item(s) will show at full price until you use your unique voucher in checkout when it will then discount your entitled value from the total. Please note your voucher will only work once and no money will be leftover, so make sure you use it all on your order. For example if you used an £80 voucher on a £70 item, you would not be able to spend the £10 again later - ensure you spend more than the voucher value to get the full benefit.

2. Create or Sign-in to your EE Store Account

If you have an account on EE Store  (not the same as your EE ID, BT ID or BT.com account) then simply sign-in. Otherwise, opening an account on EE Store is easy. Registering only takes a few moments and you'll then be able to complete your order.

3. Proceed to checkout

• Once signed in, select "Checkout" from your basket and complete your address details.
• Select your delivery method.
• Enter the voucher code in the box from your mail: "CYGNETTFAST10"

4. Complete your order

Once the voucher code has been accepted you'll see the discount has been applied. If you have issues with your voucher please check the items qualify and that you're using the full value. Click "Buy Now" to complete the order. We'll send you an order confirmation immediately and then a despatch email with tracking details when we ship your item(s).
